Hello Financial Aid SMEs!

Thank you all for attending the SAP Special Session on 12/16/2022 and giving us your insightful feedback.

Correction for Cumulative Earned Units Test Configuration:
We have revised the presentation materials and have indicated on each slide where relevant information was updated from what was discussed during the session.  The full slide deck is now posted to the FA Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Project Information Guide<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/PMO_Info/l/1625563-fa-satisfactory-academic-progress-sap-project-information-guide>. After the SAP session concluded, we further investigated the solution for the Cumulative Earned Units test and discovered that the configuration changes we presented and recommended during the session were incorrect.  The recommended and correct configuration for Cumulative Earned Units Test single slide is attached.

Impact & Follow Up for Cumulative Earned Units Test:
The FA team and PMO team have reviewed the colleges who made configuration changes to the Cumulative Earned Units Test, as had been recommended in the session. They have confirmed that there were no repercussions to their SAP processing after the session. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the colleges.  As a follow up, Amanda Hoover will reach out to these colleges to have further discussion as needed.
