Dual Processing Users (DG4)

You're still in Dual Processing, so the steps for SAP are different.

The SAP steps that you'll need to run for Winter '21 grades are in the Dual Processing Guide.

You'll begin the process by following the steps in the guide on 'Creating Reconciliation and SAP File - SAP and Student Financials Reconciliation Extract (SM9904R)"

The extract is then uploaded to PS by the user for use in a population selection using the %I118% query in your Process SAP Run Control. Residency Date Bug on Correct ISIR Page: Both Functional Support Analysts and colleges have found a bug where the residency date field label is incorrectly displayed. It is a known issue with Oracle and will be resolved with one of the next Image Releases, PUM20. This release is scheduled for Production the weekend of June 20th.
