Here are a couple of recent developments in ctcLink Financial Aid. Happy Friday!



Query Corner


Many colleges ask what a query does because the description is so short it's not always easy to tell. The query definition is where the details of a query is stored. If you go to metalink (https://dataservicesmetalink.sbctc.edu/) you can view the definition, records, etc. 🙂 However, it is often inconvenient to go to a different system to look up the definition so there is a query that will show you the query definition!

The Reporting Team updated the FA group security to have access to the records to run this query so everyone should be able to run it now if you weren't able to before. 🙂
