Dear Financial Aid Communications Owners,

Please see this important announcement from Data Services - if you need a Report Definition deleted (this should be EXTREMELY RARE in FA)...read on for State Board's protocol.


Requesting Report Definition Deletion

If you need to have a BI Publisher Letter template removed from a BI Publisher Report definition in CS production, please submit a ticket to SBCTC Data Services requesting to have the template removed.

When possible, the reporting analyst will immediately work this request.  There may be times when a reporting analyst is not available right away so they will have up to 4 hours to complete the request especially if the request is submitted later in the work day.

The reporting team will cc the CS Support teams (cssupport, sfsuuport or fasupport) so they are aware of the request.

Be sure to include the following formation in the ticket so it will be prioritized appropriately.

Request Type:  SBCTC Data Services > ctcLink Reporting > Other

Subject: ***URGENT*** Delete Template from CS Production

Include the following in the Request Detail:

*         BI Report Name

*         Template Effective Date

*         Template File name

*         If this template is time sensitive please explain the issue
