<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in">If you need to have a BI Publisher Letter template removed from a BI Publisher Report definition in CS production, please submit a ticket to SBCTC Data Services requesting to have the template removed.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in">When possible, the reporting analyst will immediately work this request. There may be times when a reporting analyst is not available right away so they will have up to 4 hours to complete the request especially
