Good morning,

We are going to extend the feedback period through the end of January.  We've received some feedback already, but we want everyone to get a chance to test the queries and look at the data.

We will provides updates on the reported issues at the end of the feedback period, which is scheduled to end on January 31, 2021.

Subject: Workstudy Queries in Production

Hello everyone,

We have made two workstudy queries available in production:  QCS_FA_WORKSTUDY_TERM and QCS_FA_WORKSTUDY_PAY_PERIOD.  These did not go through the usual UAT process, so we will need your feedback on potential issues.  Below is a brief description of each query:

QCS_FA_WORKSTUDY_TERM - summarizes workstudy earnings by term.  Run using Schedule Query.

QCS_FA_WORKSTUDY_PAY_PERIOD - summarizes workstudy earnings by pay period.  Run using Schedule Query.

These queries requires both tabs of the State Work Study Report page to be set up.  The navigation is Set Up Sacr > Product Related > Financial Aid > CTC Custom > State Work Study Report.  Please give us your feedback on the accuracy of the query results.  You should compare them with whatever reports you're currently using to reconcile workstudy expenditures.  You may submit feedback to fasupport at sbctc.edu<mailto:fasupport at sbctc.edu> and we will compile them in a ticket.
