Hello ctcLink FA Users:

Below please find some helpful information to send a letter out to a student, one at a time, as necessary.

Steps to Assign A Single Communication:

  1.  Add it to an individual student Communication Management page.

  1.  After adding the individual communication, send it out using the Communication Generation process. There is an option to send to one individual student.

After running the Comm Gen process, you can return to the indidual student's communication management page to view the outcome of the communication and to view the communication that went out.
