[corrections_edu_it] DOC IT Service Level Targets for OSN Support

Good Morning Everyone!

Attached is the DOC IT Service Level Targets document, which we have been collaborating on with DOC IT. The effective date of this document is March 1st, 2025. There are still a couple of signatures that need to be added. Once that has been done I will upload this document to our Teams space.

This has been a long time coming and I would like to say thanks to everyone that helped put this document together.
