3 Play Captioning Contract sent to ELC, DSS, ITC, PIC, LLC and IC



Hello,


The SBCTC eLearning team has completed negotiations with 3 Play. We now have a state-wide contract for captioning services that you may elect to use. SBCTC eLearning has committed money to the life of the contract to ensure all 2-year and 4-year schools in Washington will receive captioning services at the agreed upon prices, which is lower than the basic one-off contract.


Additionally, SBCTC has committed funds for use by colleges to create substantial additional discounting in specific instructional circumstances using the State Board's account. When we have fully developed the submission guidelines, we'll publish them to the system. These discounts will only be available through the SBCTC portal.


I have included the contract, pricing, contact information and basic technical support address for you. If you decide to engage 3 Play for captioning services, all you need to do is contact Erin Batog (see below) and let her know you are one of the schools within the SBCTC consortium.

The contract will be between your college and 3 Play. Each college has full control over setup and running of the 3 Play portal. It is recommended that you work across the different departments (DSS, eLearning, IT, Communications, etc.) to identify account administrators.
