<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; color:black">The SBCTC eLearning team has completed negotiations with 3 Play. We now have a state-wide contract for captioning services that you may elect to use. SBCTC eLearning has committed money to the life
of the contract to ensure all 2-year and 4-year schools in Washington will receive captioning services at the agreed upon prices, which is lower than the basic one-off contract. </span><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; color:black">Additionally, SBCTC has committed funds for use by colleges to create substantial additional discounting in specific instructional circumstances using the State Board's account. When we have fully
developed the submission guidelines, we'll publish them to the system. These discounts will only be available through the SBCTC portal.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"></span></p>
