[BFET] [UCE] DSHS BFET Provider Meeting Notes June 9th and 10th

Good Morning BFET Team,

I hope you are all well. Attached are the notes from the DSHS BFET Provider Meeting on June 9th and 10th along with the desk aid Dave Skaar referred to in his updates about opening and closing components. Dave indicated that his team had sent this desk aid to all providers, colleges included. I am resending to ensure all staff have access to the document.
