[BFET] [UCE] REMINDER: Invoicing Deadline June 10

Good Morning BFET Team,

Just a friendly and quick reminder - invoicing for April is due tomorrow, June 10th. We know many of you have budget revisions you may be working on as well. Please keep in mind that OBIS will not allow you to have an invoice and a budget revision in process at the same time. If you need to do a budget revision so you have the ability to invoice, please complete your budget revision first.

If you have any questions on your budget revisions (due June 15th) or invoicing please let us know. Additionally, if you believe you will need more time to complete your invoicing please let us know as soon as possible.

Quick Note: the end of state fiscal year invoicing deadline of July 15th cannot be flexed. Please do what you can now to ensure you are able to meet the July 15th deadline for invoicing of all expenses incurred through June 30th.
