WANT TO IMRPROVE RISE AND BFET?  THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE YOUR CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK TO DSHS ON HOW THESE PROGRAMS ARE ADMINISTERED!

As a third-party partner involved in the operation of Washington State's Basic Food Employment and Training (BFET) and/or Resources to Initiate Successful Employment (RISE) program(s), your input is vital to the support and improvement of these programs. The following survey asks for your feedback regarding the way in which the programs are administered, including what is working well and identifying areas for improvement.

Along with any additional general information you wish to provide, this is also an opportunity for providers participating in both RISE and BFET to offer any clarification on their responses relating to their views on the differences in how these two programs are administered.
