[BFET] Provider Handbook Updates

Good Afternoon BFET Team!

DSHS has officially updated the Providers Handbook and it is live on their website. I have attached a copy for your convenience along with their new Support Service Directory.

Here are is a quick overview of the updates in the Handbook that have occurred:

·         Alternate Forms - Page 7

·         Requesting New Access (eJAS) - Page 9

·         Submission of Exit Reports - Page 10 *Please note that the due date is for SBCTC to get the reports to DSHS - as in our BFET Guidelines the Exit Reports are due to the SBCTC on an earlier date

·         Funding - Pages 11 & 12

·         Invoicing - Pages 12 & 13

·         Participant Reimbursement Support Services - Page 22

·         Missing Receipts - Page 24

·         Allowable Participant Reimbursement - Page 25


Here are is a quick overview of the updates/clarifications in the Directory that have occurred:

·         Auto Insurance

·         Books, Training Materials, and Other Education Expenses

·         Clothing

·         Legal Services

·         Personal Hygiene

·         Transportation
