We will have the printed versions included in your Swag bag at registration.

REGISTATION:
Pre-Registration will be available from 5:00pm -7:30pm on May 14th at the Registration Window (Room 103 on the map).
Regular registration begins at 7:00am on May 15th (same place).

HOTEL CONFIRMATIONS:
Everyone should have received their hotel confirmations. If you require lodging and have not please check your Junk email for a message from: Autograph Collection Reservations.  If you still have not received it, please reply directly to this email.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE:
Reminder to set up your shuttle reservation if you are flying into Spokane Airport and need a ride to the hotel:
Once travel arrangements have been finalized please call 509.458.3330 and ask to be transferred to Guest Services/Valet at extension 4250.  Once they answer, mention you need to schedule airport transportation for an upcoming stay. You will need your flight arrival and departure numbers and times. You will also be asked for an email to have the reservation confirmation sent to as well as a phone number that you can be reached on once you land as our driver will call you.

PARKING:
Hotel guests can register their car at the time of Check In. Parking has been included for hotel guests as part of our package.
Non-Hotel guests have a few options:

A.      Davenport Self-Park $5.00 for the first Hour ($1 for each additional hour)

B.     Davenport Event Valet $17/day (all day)

C.     Street or Public Parking
Providers- Remember that travel costs can be invoiced with the rest of the training forum costs. Guest speakers should also email Corinna about parking.
