It has come to my attention that there is some confusion regarding accessing eJAS through SAW. Please note that your eJAS ID, with the 352 ending, is not a SAW ID, which you must create. You will still use your 352 eJAS ID to sign onto the eJAS  Information Technology Division login page, which is the same page you have always logged into eJAS on.

I am passing along this reminder that access to eJAS will change this Friday, 3/31, from Fortress to SAW. If you have not yet created your SAW account, you will want to do so at this time.

The steps for creating a SAW account and adding eJAS as a service are attached.

The new eJAS URL will be https://secureaccess.wa.gov/dshs/ejas/.

REMINDER:  The current eJAS fortress URL will be disable on FRIDAY 3/31/17.

Yes that is this Friday.  So all those die hard change resisters will most likely get a 'Page Cannot be Found' error when they attempt to log into eJAS on Monday 4/3/17.

Please remind your users of this change and ask that they change their current eJAS URL to the following: https://secureaccess.wa.gov/dshs/ejas/

In addition, the banner on the Login page that notifies users of the change will also go away April 1st.  The steps for creating a SAW account and adding eJAS as a service are attached.

To assist with communications, a Listserv will be sent to all eJAS users this week.

Just a reminder to everyone that the current fortress URL used to access eJAS from outside the firewall will be disabled effective 3/31/17.
