[Abawdnavigators] SBCTC's Conversion to ctcLink and Grant Invoices in OBIS

As many of you know, SBCTC will be going live in ctcLink on October 28, 2019.  In preparation, there will be a period of time before that date where we cannot pay any invoices, including grant invoices.

If at all possible, we would greatly appreciate if you were able to submit your grant invoices in OBIS<https://obis.sbctc.edu/> no later than October 14, 2019, for all grant expenses you had through September 30, 2019.  Invoices submitted in OBIS after that date will still be paid, but there will be a delay in processing them.  That said, it would still greatly help our work if you could submit everything possible no later than October 14.

NOTES:

  1.  August FFY19 BFET invoices must be submitted in OBIS no later than October 10, 2019 per grant requirements.
  2.  All grant invoices for expenses incurred through September 30, 2019 (including, but not limited to, FFY19 BFET), must be submitted in OBIS no later than October 31, 2019 per grant requirements.

As a reminder, OBIS (and OGMS) will continue to be used.  ctcLink will not replace either of those systems.
