I intended the response below to go out to the listserv, so I am forwarding now.

It has also come to my attention that you all do not have edit access in the Google Docs. I have been approving access requests as I receive them. If you do not have edit rights, please email me the email address you want access granted to (this may not be your work email – it looks like many are using the email address associated with their Google Drive account).

Sybil,
Thanks for sharing. Yes, this is a bit early and thank you for meeting with them anyway.

I have a meeting with DSHS tomorrow to check on the status of things. We will be pushing information out as soon as we have it. In the meantime, the Consent Form is in our shared folder. You will use your college’s BFET IEP and the revised tracking spreadsheet will be to you by Monday.

To help us make sure we provide DSHS with the correct information for referrals to you, please take a moment to make sure your information is correct in the ABAWD Contact Sheet<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sj4XW5Zt0aRadLIULWOX4JDB6G92luJeNIwrEYLk7z0/edit?usp=sharing>. Many colleges have not completed their sections and this is the information we will share with DSHS to direct referrals to you.

Oh wow, so do you have a copies of the IEP, intake and consent forms? Seems we are in a challenging position given the ABAWDs starting to show up

I have gotten my first ABAWD referral here at Bellingham Technical College in Whatcom County and was wondering if anyone else has? Someone else scheduled this appointment for me and so I didn’t get the chance to ask how they were referred (via letter or during the interview).
