[Wsssc] SBCTC student legislative agenda

Hello WSSSC Colleagues,

Sharing the 2024 SBCTC student legislative agenda as an FYI.  I think we've had hit or miss awareness of this agenda across our commission in prior years.

In addition, my understanding is that the high priority items for this legislative session from SBCTC (in concert with WACTC) are the Bachelor in Science programs funding ($9M), and to expand climate solutions related work (including continued expansion of the Tribal Summits).
