Hey folks,

Attached please find the new model Title IX procedures for distribution to the HRMC, WSSSC and other interested stakeholders in the SBCTC system.  These documents are privileged and confidential as both attorney client communications and attorney work product.   If you would include a reminder of this in any email used to forward these documents, it would be appreciated.

I anticipate that these models will continue to evolve and develop over the next month so please feel free to bring issues or concerns to my attention.  Also all of the EDU AAGs will be receiving copies of these models via separate email.  So they should be available as a resource as well.

Look forward to our second Zoom meeting on Wednesday afternoon.
