[wactclc-alma] Meeting today, and ics file for rest of spring

Hi everyone, we were indeed supposed to meet today, but I got hyper-focused on website code and missed the calendar reminder.

The agenda was sparse, but here is what I would have shared:
Primo enhancements from this fall
-New Subject index that is normalized, deduped, and matched with LCSH, MeSH, and a small subset of Proquest thesaurus terms. Although this functionality cannot be shared with customers until the Primo/VE February 2024 release, you can test it in your November Production environment to compare the old and new normalized Subject index by adding a parameter to your search URLs. For more details, see Using Normalized Subject Headings from CDI.
-Some "Reference" type records from Gale were incorrectly merged with similar titles, causing linking and availability issues. This has been fixed by adding additional criteria (start and end page) to the matching logic.
Alma January resolved issues and enhancements (very exciting for checking e-resource availability!)
The following fields were added to E-Inventory > Service Details:
Service Activation Status – Indicates if the service is available or not
Service Portfolio Auto Activate – Indicates if automatic activation of new portfolios associated with the service is configured
Service Site Down Message – Indicates if a message to display when the service is unavailable is configured
February Feature Release in Sandbox on Jan 21.
