[wactclc-alma] Weird notes in user records

I was the one that originally sent out an email about this, but it was during ELUNA. Supposedly, it was part of the May update with adding user roles to people's accounts and its supposed to be there. What we don't understand is why every active person in Alma has two of the exact same notes. We contacted ExLibris, but all they've said is that its supposed to be like that. Bobby spoke with the tech people while in LA, but they didn't know why there were two either. We did a test and they can be removed and they don't come back with an overnight upload.

I just found out that a whole bunch of our user records have weird notes that got created "by Ex Libris" on May 5 & 6, 2023.
Each patron record has 2 notes and each note says the same thing:
Profile name: Patron, Profile ID: 13130980000231
Has anyone else run into this?

Yes we had that too at Olympic. There was some discussion about it on Alma-L at the time I think? Not sure it was ever explained.

This happened at RTC too. A random, unscientific check (the first 10 records with last name "Smith") showed it occurring in 4 out of 10 records. It doesn't appear to be affecting anything.

The first sandbox refresh has officially been scheduled by ExLibris support.
Bellevue (below URL) will be refreshed May 28 and will be offline for sometime before I can get in and create named users.
