This happened at RTC too. A random, unscientific check (the first 10 records with last name "Smith") showed it occurring in 4 out of 10 records.  It doesn't appear to be affecting anything.

Yes we had that too at Olympic. There was some discussion about it on Alma-L at the time I think? Not sure it was ever explained.

I just found out that a whole bunch of our user records have weird notes that got created "by Ex Libris" on May 5 & 6, 2023.

Each patron record has 2 notes and each note says the same thing:
Profile name: Patron, Profile ID: 13130980000231

[cid:922D7B3ACFA1E54DBEB0BC6EC096AAFC at namprd07.prod.outlook.com]

Has anyone else run into this?
