[Wactclc-alma] user locked out of Alma

We're an Office 365 campus and one thing we've run across is the Office365 will let you log in with an expired password.

If you use Office 365 too, I recommend having your staff member reset their network password via whatever process your campus has for doing that.


It will be ok!

We have one staff that is having the same situation. I have already contacted our IT staff to see if this person was in the active directory, and they are.

Hi All-

We've got a staff user who has been locked out of his external Alma account since Friday. He can log in to his other college stuff just fine.
Currently he's using his internal Alma account. I suggested he try changing his password and clearing his browser history, but I don't really know what to do. Suggestions?
