[Wactclc-alma] Cataloging question

Yes, that's the record. I went ahead and restored it to the way it was
originally. And yes, it seems that when $b and $h are both present, then
the ‘ : ’ character is suppressed.

I'm not sure if the problem is unique to just this set of CZ records. I
noticed the same problem with a CD in our collection, for example:
