[Wactclc-alma] a counter question

Good question.

The values shown in the "Other Details" tab in your screenshot all relate only to physical activity on a title (physical loans, requests, etc).

I don't believe there is any way to see any COUNTER data in Alma, either for specific titles or for collections.

The way to view or report COUNTER data is in analytics, via the "Usage Data" subject area<https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/080Analytics/Alma_Analytics_Subject_Areas/Usage_Data>.

And, the usual analytics caveat applies... the data will appear in analytics the day after the COUNTER stats are brought into Alma, since the nightly analytics data refresh needs to run to bring that fresh data into analytics.

Hi All , at Pierce we've been going through the process of adding counter data and eventually sushi to Alma.  This is the first time we've tried doing this and I've ran into a problem with viewing the counter data in alma.
I've uploaded 2 gale usage files into alma and it appears that they were successful; however, when I try to view usage information from one of the titles, I don't see any usage data.
For example: from this file
