[Wactclc-alma] a counter question

We ran into formatting errors (on Gale's end) when trying to manually load COUNTER5 reports from Gale.  Here are my notes:

1) In the Database Master and Platform Master reports, numbers larger than 3 digits contain commas.  THERE SHOULD BE NO COMMAS!  Format any cells containing numbers to *not* use 1000 separator

2) In all reports, the cell listing the Report Filters used in the report has an error

Data_Type=Database|Journal|Book|Newspaper or Newsletter|Report|Multimedia|Other

should be

Data_Type=Database|Journal|Book|Newspaper_or_Newsletter|Report|Multimedia|Other

3) In the Title Master Report-- if you've set the report to include the Data Type column-- the Data Type value Newspaper should be Newspaper or Newsletter (i.e. it should match the value in the Report Filters cell)

4) In the Title Master Reports, the Publisher is missing for Merriam Webster's Collegiate Dictionary. The Publisher should be Merriam-Webster, Inc.

5) In some Title Master reports, a 10-digit ISBN appears in the ISBN column. All ISBNs in this column should be 13-digit ISBNs. Use the ISBN Converter at isbn.org to calculate the 13-digit ISBN from the 10-digit ISBN. Replace the 10-digit ISBN with the 13-digit ISBN.

Hi All , at Pierce we’ve been going through the process of adding counter data and eventually sushi to Alma.  This is the first time we’ve tried doing this and I’ve ran into a problem with viewing the counter data in alma.
I’ve uploaded 2 gale usage files into alma and it appears that they were successful; however, when I try to view usage information from one of the titles, I don’t see any usage data.
For example: from this file
