[Wactclc-alma] Login issue with Alma/Primo

I tried my test account for Everett, and no successful login.

But I’m not confident that the test account I have is still active and with the same password.

Checked the dates, they are all current for winter quarter. SIS load job ran successfully. Haven't heard from IT yet.

First thing to check is patron record expiration dates.

You may not have updated the expiration dates configured in the patron load for the winter quarter.

If a patron record is expired, authentication won’t work.

Happy New Year! Staff returned this week unable to login. Have a ticket in with school IT to see if they made any changes. We can login and work with internal accounts. Anyone else having issues?
