Wade,

The dates were all correct.  As you know from private emails, we made sure our LDAP certificate was corrected, and everything is working again.  Thanks for your help.

First thing to check is patron record expiration dates.

You may not have updated the expiration dates configured in the patron load for the winter quarter.

If a patron record is expired, authentication won’t work.

Yakima is having the same issue.  We can’t log in with our active directory (LDAP) accounts.

Happy New Year! Staff returned this week unable to login. Have a ticket in with school IT to see if they made any changes. We can login and work with internal accounts. Anyone else having issues?
