[Wactclc-alma] Suppressing letters for reserve items?

Hello!

We have students complain regularly that they don't need to receive a notification every time they check out a 2-hour reserve, which is multiple times per day potentially, everyday potentially.

Any tips for suppressing these letters going out for specific items? Location isn't going to work for us in this case.
