[Wactclc-alma] Suppressing letters for reserve items?

Greg,

Is this the Loan Receipt Letter and/or Return Receipt Letter?

To the best of my knowledge, these letters aren’t very configurable other than they’re either turned on or they’re turned off.  It’s an all-or-nothing deal. Either you send out receipts for all check-outs or you don’t send out receipts for any check-outs.

The overdue and lost notices are the only ones where you can control behavior based on item locations and patron user groups


It will be ok!

Hello!

We have students complain regularly that they don’t need to receive a notification every time they check out a 2-hour reserve, which is multiple times per day potentially, everyday potentially.

Any tips for suppressing these letters going out for specific items? Location isn’t going to work for us in this case.
