To reiterate what I mentioned in another email, we didn't create these via original cataloging, we used the Collection Resource Editor feature that was introduced into Primo VE and highlighted extensively during ELUNA.

ETA, the info I'm most interested in from each screen is:

Electronic Collections - Type
Purchase Order Lines - Type

MD Editor:
Do an All Titles search to find the Collection bib record
Select Edit
Position the cursor on the LDR field and select Edit >> Open Form Editor
Position the cursor on the 008 field and select Edit >> Open Form Editor

I don't really think the Electronic Collection Type and POL Type are having any effect, but you never know. ;)

Can you post some screenshots from Alma instead of Primo?  It would be helpful to see the record for this collection on the following screens:


1)      Electronic Collections

2)      MD Editor

3)      Purchase Order Lines

Hey Alma list,

Material type for collections is showing as archival material. We can't find any spot in Alma including the MARC editor as to where to change this. Any ideas?

Can you look into seeing if the material type of the International Book Collection can be changed so it doesn't say Archival Material? It gives off the wrong impression. Thanks.
