[Wactclc-alma] [EXT] Loan receipt letters inconsistently going out

We’ve always click “done” after any patron transactions.  It closes the patron record and takes us back to the “patron services” screen for the next patron.  It’s good to know if you don’t use it, it won’t send the emails out.

...well, that was obviously what wasn't being done. Just tested and, sure enough, clicking "Done" sent the email...

Has it always been this way? Have I never noticed this before? If you circ and item and instead of clicking "Done" use the menu to go back to Patron Services, Alma doesn't send an email.

Hey all,

I'm a bit stumped here. Students are reporting that they are no longer receive loan receipt emails. A few of us have tested and we aren't receiving them either. However, one of us IS still getting those emails.

I checked in Letter Activity and the loan receipt is enabled. Any ideas why this might be happening?
