[Wactclc-alma] [EXT] Loan receipt letters inconsistently going out

Hi, Dan -

I hate to ask the obvious, but is everyone remembering to click “Done” when they finish checking the items out to the students?  At RTC, if I skip that step, no email will be sent, although the item does show up as checked out in the patron record.

Hey all,

I'm a bit stumped here. Students are reporting that they are no longer receive loan receipt emails. A few of us have tested and we aren't receiving them either. However, one of us IS still getting those emails.

I checked in Letter Activity and the loan receipt is enabled. Any ideas why this might be happening?
