[Wactclc-alma] Loan receipt letters inconsistently going out

Hey all,

I'm a bit stumped here. Students are reporting that they are no longer
receive loan receipt emails. A few of us have tested and we aren't
receiving them either. However, one of us IS still getting those emails.

I checked in Letter Activity and the loan receipt is enabled. Any ideas why
this might be happening?
