Hi folks,

We had an emergency situation yesterday morning where no one could log into Alma or patron accounts in Primo. Luckily, we had a shared Word document in Office 365 on how to troubleshoot the problem (thanks to advice from Wade going back a few years).  If you don't already have a similar document, you might want to make one.  It was a lifesaver. :)

FWIW, our problem was caused by IT forgetting to renew an SSL certificate.  I think they've renewed it for more than 1 year now. ;)

It will be ok!
