[Wactclc-alma] Resolved: Export of purchase requests from within Alma contains a 'requester' column, but no data

This case goes back a few months…

But for those of you using a purchase requests workflow (Skagit among them), the export of purchase requests from Alma now correctly includes the requester’s name in the export list.

Case Title: Export of purchase requests from within Alma contains a 'requester' column, but no data

Description:

When using the 'Manage Purchase Requests" workflow, and selecting 'Tools / Excel' from the unassigned purchase requests tab, a report is exported that contains a 'requester' column, but no actual 'requester' data.



These purchase requests do have requesters associated with them, and the expected behavior would be for these names to appear in the report.



I would like to know if Alma is not working correctly in this context, or are we not including some requester data that we should be.



Attached is an example of the report we currently receive via 'Tools / Excel'.
