[Wactclc-alma] Quick cataloging resource type

You can edit the bib record after you make the quick record to change the LDR and 008 to what you need for whatever resource type you want, though there isn't a good one for equipment (Kit, maybe, or 3D artifact?) - the rules are here https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/010Getting_Started/050Alma_User_Interface_%E2%80%93_General_Information/Searching_in_Alma#Rules_Used_to_Create_the_Resource_Type_Field_MARC_21_KORMARC_and_UNIMARC

If you have a bunch you want to do you can write a normalization rule and do them all at once; with quick cataloged equipment you probably don't care if every position in the LDR and 008 is accurate.

Does anyone know if it’s possible make a quick cataloging record be a resource type other than book or article? We have some equipment that was quick cataloged and it’s messing with our analytics since the records appear to be books.
