[Wactclc-alma] [EXTERNAL*]- Quick cataloging resource type

Unfortunately, there's no other option other than book or article.  We have that problem too when putting in equipment and reserves, since it's only book or article when creating brief bibs for reserve records.

What we do is make sure that the material type on the item record is correct, and then we can sort by that information to help figure things out.

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it's possible make a quick cataloging record be a resource type other than book or article? We have some equipment that was quick cataloged and it's messing with our analytics since the records appear to be books.
