[Wactclc-alma] [EXT] Synchronize changes from CZ job failing frequently

RTC’s Data Services and Repository Jobs have been Failing since the 6th.  And yes, same message.

Hey all,

Is anyone else seeing the "synchronize changes from CZ" job failing every three to four operations? The error is always the same: "This instance of the job is skipped since previous instance of the job is still running."

This started happening on the 6th - wasn't that when the November update was installed?
