[Wactclc-alma] Synchronize changes from CZ job failing frequently

Hey all,

Is anyone else seeing the "synchronize changes from CZ" job failing every
three to four operations? The error is always the same: "This instance of
the job is skipped since previous instance of the job is still running."

This started happening on the 6th - wasn't that when the November update
was installed?
