[Wactclc-alma] [External] RE: Patron Facing Notices

After Dale's question earlier, I am looking at our letters so I can create a proposal for a retention schedule.  I want to see which ones are patron facing.  The Alma documentation says I can see that  at Configuration Menu > General > General Configuration > Letter Emails

However, while their screenshot shows "Patron Facing" as a column, mine does not.  And it is not an option that I have neglected to check under "customize your view;" all available columns are checked!  Why don't I see this column in my Alma?

That said, I do have a copy of the spreadsheet Shellie created, resent by Tammy on 3/13, which contains that info.  I just think it's odd that my view is different than what is in the documentation.

This is a really useful compilation of all those confusing letter parameters! Thanks for sharing, Tammy! And thanks so much, Shellie, for creating this gem. (No worries about Peninsula going far beyond the basics, Wade, we're taking a minimalist approach to notices...but this information will help a lot. :) )
