[Wactclc-alma] Alma weirdness when trying to edit a patron

Hi,

This has happened a couple of times now.  We check out materials to someone and need to add a note to their account.  We go to Edit User Info and it gives us the patrons information that we had helped previously instead.

Any ideas?
