[DEOC] Important information for DEOC summer meeting- August 31st 9am-5pm Seattle, Wa

Hello All!
First of all we are really excited to welcome our new DEO's and connect with you all.
Below is important information in preparation of our DEOC summer meeting next Thursday.
This summer we were not able to secure our summer retreat, therefore our retreat will move to the fall.
We will have a regular meeting next Thursday, August 31st from 9am to 5pm.

NOTE: Zoom will be available, I am sending two calendar invites. One for those attending in person so we can get an accurate count for food and one calendar invite for zoom. Please accept one.
If you will need zoom availability for a part of the meeting, please connect with me.

Parking: Available in the tower, we encourage you to bring a small to medium size vehicle as the ramps are pretty tight. Get your parking ticket and it will be validated before you leave.

Agenda: Attached

Refreshments and Menu options: Coffee and tea will be available. There will be a buffet style breakfast in the morning and a lunch option in the afternoon. Attached are the lunch options as we will be able to order lunch that afternoon.

Travel: Because this is a one day meeting, we did not coordinate any hotel accommodations, however you are welcome to explore the area and do your own reservations if needed. Flights are also available from SEATAC.
