[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] CRITICAL ISSUE - File Outbound Processes Not Producing Files

Good Afternoon FA,



We are aware of an issue with FA Processes that generate an outbound file to the server. They produce the message "File not open for writing!" in the Message Log for the process and do not generate the file. Example processes are Generate Pell Data and Generate Direct Loan Data.



We are currently investigating this issue. At this time, we ask that you do not submit any new tickets for this issue. Please also do not run any additional processes that generate a file while we continue to investigate.
