Additionally, here is follow-up from the session parking lot questions:

Q.  [Zoya, Spokane CC] Session Detail on the Statistics tab of FA Term-what populates this information and why does it often say No Units when the Term data says otherwise?

A.  [FA Support, SBCTC]:  Session Detail pulls from STU_CAR_TERM but when there are multiple sessions active for the term for the student, the behavior of the data that populates can be unexpected and there are reported known issues.

Q.  [Mary, Edmonds] Why is there no W/D info ever populated in the Withdrawal Info tab of FA Term?

A.  [FA Support, SBCTC]:  If you are never seeing W/D information in this tab of FA Term, it is likely that your institution is not running the Term Withdrawal process.
