Now What?

  *   Review your college's Course Exclusions SAP Setup
  *   Review your college's Maximum Attempted Units Test SAP Setup
  *   If your college uses "Attempted MAX Units" on the Career Exceptions tab...
     *   Review this value for students when you run SAP next. This information be found on the Student SAP page and in the SAP Report. You can export the SAP Report to Excel and filter on students for the Max Attempted Units Test with an "Exception Used" value of "Y".
     *   If this exception field is used to record an inflated Attempted MAX Units value to accommodate excluded courses from manually entered legacy units, we recommend that you remove this value for the student, calculate SAP, and confirm that the final Maximum Attempted Units value and SAP Status for that test is correct.

Thank you so much to everyone who attended and participated in this morning's Financial Aid Walk Through & UAT Kick-Off for SAP Item #6B Legacy Transfer Units in MAXT Course Exclusions<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/PMO_Info/l/1625563-fa-satisfactory-academic-progress-sap-project-information-guide#transfer-credits-in-calculation-b>! Attached is the slide deck from today's session. The session recording and other resources are listed below. I have also attached an updated version of the Solution Design Document for this project, in which we have further clarified our terminology for the Maximum Attempted Units value that this customization impacts.
