This calendar invite is for a Financial Aid Training on Intermediate Loan Processing - Loan Troubleshooting held on Tuesday May 16th, 2023, from 9AM - 11:00AM.  This Fin Aid Training Session is a deeper dive into the steps to work Loans On Hold and Loan COD rejects.

Objectives:


  *   Understand how to work common examples following reports:

  *   Loans on Hold Report
  *   Rejected Originations Report
  *   Disbursement Errors Report

  *   Understand which ctcLink pages to navigate and how to read and update them when troubleshooting loan reject messages and loans on hold
     *   View Loan Processing Actions page
     *   View COD Data page
     *   Hold/Suspend Change Data page
     *   Override Loan Data page
     *   Override Processing Status page
Audience:  Staff responsible for awarding/managing the Direct loan program
This session will be recorded.  The presentation slide deck will be attached to this invite prior to the session delivery.
