Hello Peoplesoft FA Users,

Pell and Direct Loan outbound processes are currently down.

Please DO NOT RUN PELLOUT or DLOUT for any aid years. We are seeing that the process will run to success, but the file is not generated.

Please inform your responsible DL and Pell processing staff.

We're working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will let you know when you can resume processing.
