Attached are instructions on implementing the new award offer template!

  *   How to use the “initial offer” message and “revised offer” message feature
  *   Uploading the template in PCD/production
  *   Recommended testing in PCD

Testing the new award offer template in PCD is recommended before uploading it into production. It is important that you test the merge fields to make sure no links are broken, and some colleges may decide to make changes to the financial aid item-type set up for certain item-types after seeing how they populate into the tables.

Please note as of noon today, PCD is being backed up for a refresh. We recommend testing in PCD after the environment is refreshed with the PeopleTools upgrade on Monday.


There are two drop-in support sessions scheduled for colleges that would like extra assistance testing or uploading the template. Please do not submit award offer template assistance tickets until both support sessions have passed. We're hoping providing the two support sessions will eliminate the need for colleges to submit tickets for assistance.
